Discovery
During discovery phase we will collect information to understand client’s business needs. Our team will collaborate with you to prioritize your needs and suggest approach.
Analyze
During this phase, we analyze opportunities for business values. We also analyze your existing processes and determine the approach to enhance those processes. During this phase we will also collect use cases and in-depth requirements.
Build
Using the solution and technical design, we will build solution using configuration or custom development to put together optimal solution.
Deploy
Once the solution is validated, end users will be trained. After training configuration/custom code will be deployed to Production, and necessary data will be migrated to Production. Users can start using the live application.
Plan
Our team will collaborate with you in defining scope of the project, setting up the expectations, as well as overall schedule
Design
In Design phase map out the use cases and requirements to design options – to put together a scalable, user friendly solution.
Validate
Depending upon the solution being delivered, Validation might happen multiple times. During this phase your business users can test the configuration/custom development. We will capture their feedback and make modification as necessary. Users can also validate the migrated data during this phase.
Ongoing Support
After go live, we will provide post-deployment support. Once the post-deployment support is complete, out Managed Services Team will provide ongoing support.
